| Personal History | Shral was born in 2360 on Andoria. Unlike his fathers, Shral wouldn't join the Andorian Guard. By the time he was old enough to leave home he chose a career in Starfleet and left for the Academy in 2378. He spent four years at the Academy with a focus on starship combat tactics due to his interest in protecting people. By 2382 Shral had graduated from the Academy and went home on leave to spend time with his parents and sister who is three years younger than he is. His sister had chosen to join the Andorian security forces in their special operations division. While on Andoria Shral received word that his first assignment was going to be aboard the Galaxy-class starship USS Galaxy. He spent two years on board before he was finally selected for promotion to the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade. Shral never really stood out on the Galaxy despite his department head taking a liking in him anyway. After another year he was chosen to serve as the Assistant Chief of the Tactical and Security department. Shral would continue to work his way toward a promotion while on board, and was awarded for distinguished service while there. By 2388 he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and selected to become a department head himself. His new assignment was going to be aboard the USS Hooke, a smaller ship than what he was used to. |
